Your Right to Data Deletion
Under GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) and other privacy laws, you have the right to request deletion of your personal data that we have collected about you.
This right is also known as the "right to be forgotten" and applies to personal data we process about you.
What Data We May Delete
Upon receiving a valid deletion request, we will delete the following types of data:

- Payment information (processed through secure third-party providers)
- Any other personal data you have provided to us
Data We May Retain
In some cases, we may need to retain certain data for legal or legitimate business purposes, and will limit access and processing to such purposes only:

- Data necessary for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims

- Data where deletion is not technically feasible (in which case we will de-identify where possible)

Required Information
Your deletion request should include:
- Your full name

Processing Timeline
We will acknowledge your request and respond within legally required timelines (typically within 30 days; we may extend by an additional 60 days for complex requests, as permitted by law). We will either:
- Confirm that your data has been deleted
- Explain why certain data cannot be deleted
- Request additional information if needed
Verification Process
To protect your privacy and security, we must verify your identity before processing your deletion request. Verification may involve reasonable steps proportionate to the sensitivity of the data and the risk of harm. This may include:
- Confirming information only you would know
- Requesting additional identification documents
- Using secure verification methods
If we cannot verify your identity, we may be unable to process your request.
Data Portability
Before requesting deletion, you may also request a copy of your personal data under GDPR's right to data portability. This allows you to receive your data in a structured, commonly used format.
